Stitchonomy processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over the age of 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent.

Stitchonomy does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Stitchonomy only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Accessing, correcting or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent to data processing or object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can ask us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation.
Request for access
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or data transfer, or a request to withdraw your consent, to info@stitchonomy.nl.
To make sure that you submitted the request, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document. On this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone), passport number and Dutch citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks.

Stitchonomy takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
