Cancel or Change an Order
Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order or change its address only while it has not entered dispatch. If the parcel has already shipped, the return process for physical goods applies.
Return a Physical Product
Tell us clearly that you want to return the item within 30 days after receiving it. This commercial return period includes the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. We will provide the current return instructions and address.
- Handle the product only as needed to establish its nature and characteristics.
- Return it with accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
- After notifying us, send it back without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
Return Costs
For a change-of-mind return, you normally pay the direct return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us first so we can arrange or cover reasonable return costs.
Refunds
We refund no later than 14 days after you notify us of withdrawal, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. For returned goods, we may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back. For a full-order withdrawal, the original cheapest standard delivery cost is refunded; any upgrade above that method is not.
A reduction in value may be deducted if the item was handled beyond what was necessary to assess it.
Digital Downloads
The change-of-mind right for digital content can end once delivery begins, but only when the legal requirements are met, including prior express consent and acknowledgement. This does not affect statutory rights if the file is faulty or not as described.
